I would like to take this opportunity to thank every single member of our staff who has contributed to making MGM a more socially- and environmentally-sustainable enterprise throughout the years. With the opening of our new integrated resort MGM COTAI, we are growing our footprint in the region and at the same time, developing Macau into a World Center of Tourism and Leisure. This award serves as a motivation to our continuous effort in innovative community projects and our enthusiasm in giving back to the community.”
Dedication to the Community, Employees and Environment
MGM blends corporate social responsibility into the core of our daily operations by giving back to the community in which we live and work. In the area of environmental sustainability, we were listed on the Hang Seng Corporate Sustainability Benchmark Index among top sustainability leaders on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, and achieved Two-Star Certification under the China Green Building (Macau) Design Label for MGM COTAI, making it the first and largest private property to have achieved such recognition.
