For team members earning MOP16,000 or less per month, a standard monthly adjustment of MOP600 will be awarded, which represents a 3.8%-8.1% increment, depending on the base salary. For eligible non-management team members earning above MOP16,000 per month, a 2.5% increment will be awarded.

Mr. Grant Bowie, Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of MGM China Holdings Limited, said, “MGM COTAI is live now and has become the latest member of the MGM global family.  This would not have been possible without the successes that our team have built together at MGM MACAU in the past 10 years.  We have two integrated resorts in Macau now, it is very important that we continue to increase our “one-team” mindset and provide exceptional service at both MGM MACAU and MGM COTAI.”
