MGM MACAU Organizes Spring Cleaning to Brighten Up the Homes of the Elderly

[Macau – January 24, 2014]  With the Chinese New Year on the horizon, MGM MACAU teamed up with Centro de Dia “Brilho da Vida” for the third consecutive year to do spring cleaning for the needy elderly in Macau.

Eighty MGM Volunteer Team members, joined by the management team, gathered at a Fai Chi Kei social housing unit on January 22 to clean the houses of 130 elderly citizens who are living alone.  The MGM Volunteer Team members spent hours cleaning every inch of the houses, while also taking the opportunity to decorate the walls with Fai Chun “good wishes” posters, to add to the festive atmosphere.   The MGM Volunteer Team then presented the elderly with gift bags and wished them a healthy and happy new year.

In the years ahead, MGM MACAU will continue to organize community activities and initiatives aimed at creating a better Macau.
