[February 6, 2017, Macau] MGM announces the launch of M life, a new resort membership program, offering its members with resort benefits and rewards to enjoy at MGM’s properties. M life represents a new way for MGM to further engage and build rewarding relationships with members by understanding their preferences to delight them in a meaningful way.

The M life Program, available to all guests of MGM, opens the gateway to all the superb offerings and promotions at both MGM MACAU and MGM COTAI, and it aims to bring rewards that are desirable, and overall enhanced customer experience. The program entitles members to an array of benefits, including up to 20% off on dining as well as up to 30% off on spa experiences. In addition, members can earn 5% in points for every dollar spent in our restaurants, hotels, banquets, ballrooms, and spa, as well as invitations to exclusive events and happenings at the resorts. Technology is utilized to better engage with and service our members; for instance, the mlife.mo mobile web, where members can sign up, redeem offers and navigate accounts, providing members the convenience of checking account status swiftly.

In celebration of this launch, Macau residents are welcomed with a complimentary upgrade to Pearl Tier status when signing up, and will be entitled to higher level of discounts and rewards. Guests can apply for the M life membership at mlife.mo, or at our M life Experience Center at MGM MACAU’s Grande Praça. The Experience Center operates at 11am - 11pm daily, answering any enquiries on the membership and privileges.
