MGM Dragon Boat Team once again achieved greatness at the Macao International Dragon Boat Races 2021. With its exceptional capability and perseverance, the Golden Lion Team has won two first runners-up in the Macao Standard Dragon Boat Race – Women Category (500m) and Macau Small Dragon Boat Race – Women Category (200m). 

The women’s team has won the first runner-up in the Macao Standard Dragon Boat Race – Women Category (500m) by completing the race in 2 minutes 16 seconds. The team then further won another first runner-up in the Macau Small Dragon Boat Race (200M) by finishing the race in 58.396 seconds, making MGM a winner of two runners-up in this year’s race.

Fong Wai Bing, one of the team members from the women’s team, said, “There have been quite some uncertainties and challenges throughout our practice to the actual race day. Thanks to the undivided support of our Company, as well as all the efforts we have devoted into the past months of trainings, this year we have once again achieved extraordinary results in the spirit of unity.”
