Guests are invited to embrace an intoxicating summer with splendid wine and dine experiences at MGM! To enhance Macau’s international positioning as the “Creative City of Gastronomy”, MGM will welcome the return of its two signature wine tasting programs for wine enthusiasts, including the “Fizztastic Saturday” under the French GourMay and the German “Riesling Uncorked 2024”.
French GourMay: Fizztastic Saturday
Associated with selected French restaurants and wine merchants in Hong Kong and Macau, the annual French GourMay program has been kicked off early this month. This year, MGM will celebrate the French GourMay with “Fizztastic Saturday” wine tasting event from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. on May 25 at Aux Beaux Arts of MGM MACAU. As part of the French May Arts Fest, French GourMay is the only major festival in Hong Kong and Macau that promotes the UNESCO recognized à la française gastronomic culture. Each year, the program features an unique French wine and dine treasure as the lead, while the Occitanie region, the largest wine-producing region in France with over 87 AOP appellations, is being showcased this year.
Guests are welcome to explore the diverse profiles of over 20 selected labels, meticulously paired with delectable French canapés. Event ticket is priced at MOP 268 per guest.
German Riesling Uncorked
The long-awaited “Riesling Uncorked” event will once again rock the town on June 14 at The Vista of MGM COTAI. The event will showcase a refined selection of over 50 labels from the noble grape variety, while 29 of them belong to the Prädikatswein level from Germany’s superior wines regions such as Mosel, Rheinhessen, Rheingau and Pfalz. From crisp and sweet to full-bodied and complex styles, the event will feature a dynamic range of Riesling wines paired with delectable German delights, perfect for guest who would like to explore the unique charm of German Riesling.
