MGM has announced a discretionary bonus, equivalent to one month’s salary, for eligible team members – in recognition of their dedication and contributions throughout 2024. The bonus, benefitting approximately 95% of the team members, is set to be distributed in two phases around the Lunar New Year of 2025.
