MGM Presents Festive Delights for the Year of the Snake
Celebrate Lunar New Year with Gourmet Feasts and Thoughtful Gifts
Coast presents a range of festive dishes to welcome the Year of the Snake.

As the Year of the Snake approaches, MGM’s restaurants have curated an array of auspicious dishes and treats for their guests, wishing them a prosperous and joyous New Year.

A Culinary Celebration of Flavors

In this Lunar New Year, guests are invited to indulge in a delectable range of festive dishes at MGM. Aji at MGM COTAI presents guests with festive delights from its “Asian Bistronomy” concept, an innovative Asian-centric dining experience with French technique. The special menu for the Lunar New Year features dishes include Scallop Yuzu Somen, which symbolizes longevity, and Antarctic Toothfish, which is an emblem of abundance. The menu is priced at MOP 988 per person*. For meat lovers, Grill 58’s Lunar New Year Teppanyaki Escapades offers a feast of premium Wagyu beef from around the world, priced at MOP 2,588 per person*.

Located at the heart of MGM MACAU, Aux Beaux Arts is framed with an elegant ambiance reminiscent of a 1930s brasserie. Its Michelin-starred consultant chef Olivier Elzer curates a festive menu with delicious dishes such as Wagyu Beef Tartare, Beef Bourguignon, and Prawn Salad, bringing the timeless elegance of French cuisine to Macau.

Authentic Chinese Flavors for the New Year

For traditional Chinese delicacies, Chún offers a traditional and luxurious dish from Guangdong — the New Year Big Bowl Feast (Poon Choi) for sharing among loved one, which includes premium ingredients such as six-head abalone, sea cucumber, fish maw, and dried scallops, priced from MOP 1,980*. The restaurant also presents auspicious delights which symbolize prosperity and togetherness. The Michelin-starred Five Foot Road presents Sichuan specialties such as the Home-made Assorted Preserved Meat Platter in Sichuan Style, featuring a combo of Iberico pork belly, duck tongue, and Brazilian beef shin for good fortune. The restaurant also offers Steamed Spotted Garoupa with Picked Chili, which symbolizes sign of a fiery start to the year.

Imperial Court, which has been awarded with the Black Pearl One-Diamond three years in a row, welcomes the Lunar New Year with refined Lingnan delights. Highlighted dishes include the Crispy Shredded Chicken paired with colorful vegetables and abalone slices, symbolizing a bountiful harvest and happiness. The Pan-fried tofu with scallops and crab roe is an elevated dish with delicate flavors that leaves a lasting impression.

Blessings from the God of Wealth

From the first to the third day of the Lunar New Year, the God of Wealth will make appearances at MGM’s restaurants to welcome guests with gifts of good fortune and wish them a year full of happiness and success.

Festive Sweets and Gift Sets

Celebrate the season with MGM’s signature Chinese New Year puddings, including the Chinese New Year Coconut and Ginger Pudding, Turnip with Conpoy and Preserved Meat Pudding, and Red Date and Peach Gum with Bird’s Nest Pudding, priced from MOP 348.

Inspired by the Fondant Art Exhibition of the world-renowned fondant art master Zhou Yi at MGM COTAI, MGM joins hands with Master Zhou again to presents the "Taste of Edible Art Candy Box Set" during the festive period, priced from MOP 168 per set. The gift set features four intricately designed Chinese floral tea-flavored gummies with edible flower petals, reflecting the best wishes of “auspiciousness” and “courtesy” to everyone for new year.

Family Fun Festive Cupcake Workshop

From the first to the fifth day of the Lunar New Year, Anytime will be hosting a "Cupcake Decorating Workshop", where children can unleash their creativity and celebrate the festival in a fun and interactive way. Under the splendid Spectacle, parents and children can decorate their own cupcakes together and turn the cakes into edible works of art. The workshop is priced at MOP 200 per child, with a special discount available with same-day dining receipts from selected MGM restaurants.
