MGM Team Continues Tradition of "National Security Education Exhibition" Visit

MGM remains committed to promoting national education, fostering a deeper understanding among its team members of the country’s development and instilling a strong sense of national pride. In alignment with the 10th "National Security Education Day" on April 15, MGM continues its tradition of leading team members to visit the National Security Education Exhibition (Exhibition), co-organized by the Macao SAR Government and the Liaison Office of the Central People’s Government in the Macao SAR. This year, the Company plans to arrange for over 300 employees to visit the exhibition in person. Additionally, through online learning and internal communications, the exhibition’s content will be shared with all team members, aiming to enhance company-wide understanding of the holistic approach to national security and to raise awareness of the civic duty to safeguard national security.

On the opening day of the exhibition, Wendy Yu, Executive Vice President of Human Resources of MGM, led a management team of 50 members to attend the event. Guided by docents, this year’s exhibition, themed “A Decade of In-Depth National Security Education,” provided the MGM team with a comprehensive understanding of the historic achievements in national security work and education over the past decade under the holistic view of national security, as well as the latest developments the country has achieved in the past year. The team deeply recognized that national security serves as the bedrock for the well-being of the people and that all sectors of society must work together to strengthen this holistic view, thereby contributing to the harmony, prosperity, and stability of both the country and the Macao SAR.

Polly Tang, Manager of the Security Department at MGM remarked, “This is my third time participating in the National Security Education Exhibition organized by MGM, and it has further reinforced my belief that ‘national security is everyone’s responsibility and everyone can contribute.’ Each visit provides new insights, not only deepening my understanding of national security and appreciation for our hard-earned achievements, but also inspiring me to apply these learnings to my work. I am motivated to continue ensuring the safety of our guests and colleagues with a serious and meticulous work ethic.”
