[27 November 2025, Macau] MGM and Chef Nic Holdings Limited are deeply saddened by the major fire at Hong Kong’s Tai Po Wang Fuk Court, which resulted in significant casualties. Our hearts are with the people of Hong Kong, and we extend our sincerest condolences to all affected residents.

In a unified gesture of compassion, MGM and Chef Nic Holdings Limited will jointly donate HKD $5 million in the name of the MGM Chef Nic Gastronomusic Fest 2025. The funds will be directed toward providing emergency assistance to those affected, with the aim of helping residents rebuild their lives and restore a sense of normalcy.

The MGM Chef Nic Gastronomusic Fest 2025, scheduled to take place on November 29 and 30, will reflect this spirit of cross-border support. The event will feature a respectfully adapted atmosphere, uniting music and gastronomy to deliver comfort and positive energy. Together with our audience, we will channel collective empathy into heartfelt blessings — for peace to the departed, and strength to those who carry on.
