MGM Organizes Annual Visits to National Security Education Exhibition for Team Members
Fostering National Security Awareness and National Pride
MGM organizes annual visits to the National Security Education Exhibition for team members.

As this year marks the launch of the nation’s 15th Five-Year Plan and the Macao SAR’s third Five-Year Plan, MGM’s leadership once again led team members on visits to the National Security Education Exhibition, co-organized by the Macao SAR Government and the Liaison Office of the Central People’s Government in the Macao SAR. The visits underscore MGM’s active support for national security education and aim to deepen team members’ understanding of the country’s broader development strategy and the importance of national security, while strengthening their affection for and sense of belonging to the nation.

Kenneth Feng, Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of MGM China Holdings Limited, together with Han Tian, Chief Operating Officer, and Antonio Menano, Chief Legal Officer and Company Secretary, and Wendy Yu, Executive Vice President of Human Resources of MGM, led the first group of management team members to visit the exhibition today (April 16).

The exhibition, themed “Following a holistic approach to development and security to Advance the New Journey of the 15th Five-Year Plan”, showcases the achievements of both the nation and the Macao SAR in balancing development and security through a series of informative displays and interactive experiences. Guided by docents, the MGM team gained a deeper understanding of how national security underpins Macau’s prosperity and stability, and how closely it is connected to social well-being and the everyday lives of the people.

“Each visit gives me a clearer understanding of our country’s system, history, and development, as well as its latest achievements, and the critical role that national security plays across different sectors,” Adam Vong, Director of Facilities Management, who has attended the exhibition for the fourth time, said. “It has also made me realize that stability and prosperity do not come easily and must be safeguarded. As part of the MGM team, I will continue to equip myself and contribute to the Company, Macao, and the country through my work.”

Since the inaugural exhibition in 2018, MGM has organized team members to take part in this annual initiative eight times, actively supporting the SAR Government’s efforts to promote national security education. To date, more than 4,800 participations have been recorded through both in-person and online engagement. This year, MGM will arrange visits for nearly 400 employees in phases. Through online learning and internal communications, key exhibition content will also be shared across the Company to further strengthen team members’ understanding of the holistic approach to national security and reinforce their sense of responsibility in safeguarding it.
