MGM joined hands with the Fu Lun Youth Association of Macau to host a May Fourth Youth Day event exploring youth development opportunities in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. The event was attended by nearly 200 MGM team members and youth representatives. Titled “Commemoration of the May Fourth Youth Day - Sharing Session on Youth Development Opportunities in the Greater Bay Area”, the event is to commemorate the 107th anniversary of the May Fourth Movement. It featured insights into youth policy directions under the 15th Five-Year Plan, alongside discussions on emerging opportunities across the region.

She encouraged Macau’s youth to leverage their bilingual capabilities in Chinese and Portuguese, global perspective and cross-cultural strengths to contribute to economic diversification and national modernization.

He said technology is playing an increasingly important role in driving industrial empowerment and supporting high-quality development, with AI opening up new opportunities for young people across sectors. Chan encouraged Macau’s youth to strengthen digital skills, embrace innovation and explore entrepreneurship in the Greater Bay Area.

“MGM is committed to nurturing talent and supporting Macau’s long-term growth. Through continuous collaboration across sectors, we provide diversified training and development opportunities for young people.
