[June 21, 2016, Macau] MGM supported and participated in the “Family Fun Day” activity, which was organized by the Woman’s General Association of Macau, for the second consecutive year to promote the importance of work-life balance, as well as living a fit and healthy lifestyle at work and at home. Through this event, MGM and the Association worked together on promoting work-family harmony so as to enhance everyone’s physical and mental wellness.
On the afternoon of June 18, Ms. Michelle Chiu, Vice President of Human Resources of MGM MACAU, represented the Company as one of the guests of honor at the event held at Rotunda de Carlos da Maia. She then led the MGM volunteer team to set up an interactive basketball shooting game booth for parents and their children to play together and win souvenirs. Over a hundred families joined the game and the event was filled with endless joy and laughter while the parents cheered on their children.

At MGM, we always encourage our team members to participate in different family-centric activities, while extending love and care to their family members and friends. This will help them strike a better work-life balance, and enhance the team’s morale and togetherness.”
